Getting back into the swing of things after Spring Break is always hard. I opened up the USA Today as I normally do for some solid news across America. Im not sure if it is just me but it is becoming a pain to use newspapers as the only source of news and stories. Its almost as easy today to just go online to one of the respective news websites or get some new app on your phone to give you up to date breakthroughs and happenings. Especially with turmoils in the Middle East, I think that on time updates are the most crucial thing so we are knowledgable to whats happening currently. I feel like our class discussions of print media losing its luster couldnt be more true at this point. My parents were subscribers to USA and the Houston Chronicle for as long as I can remember so I guess it comes natural that I just pick up a paper for the sake of it. Even if I spend the dollar to purchase the local Fayetteville paper or the USA Today, I am still more then likely going to end up on cnn.com or some other internet news source that makes things more convenient and at my fingertips. Its quite the strange anomaly.
